All Graphic Design, Web Design and Dynamic Web Development are developed in stages.

• For Graphic Design, there is just a design phase and an approval.
• For Web Design, there is a design phase, a development phase, and a Go Live phase.
• For Dynamic Web Development, there is a conceptualization phase, a development stage, and a Go Live phase.

To begin any work, a partial payment will be required up front before any work can move forward. This provides a down payment for the work to begin, as well as the Client paying for progress as it's completed. A win-win for both Client and Provider.

For Graphic Design work, half of the quoted price will be due up front, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the work.

For Web Site Design, 1/3 of the quoted price to begin work. The second 1/3 payment upon approval of the overall design and look and feel, and before coding begins. With the final 1/3 payment due upon posting of the site and after all final corrections and alterations have been made.

For Dynamic Web Site Development, half up front, and half upon posting the application and after all final testing has been completed.

Output: Digital, or Traditional.

Printing for all Graphic Design can be arranged for the Client, with all payments covered by the Client. Or, the Client can locate their own printing source, with print ready files being burned to a CD for the Client and their printing source. Files can also be uploaded to your printing source if that's provided as well.

Web Site Hosting can be arranged for the Client, with all charges paid by the Client. Or, access to an exisiting hosting solution being provided to us for our files to be posted to.
